Source: Prisoner No. 1589 (https://libraries.tas.gov.au/Digital/con31-1-4/CON31-1-4P159) His assigned work was with J.C. Blinkworth one of the first settlers to Tasmania in 1804. Blinkworth was granted 100 acres in the Derwent River Region.
