At Bedford Assizes, Smart, for Horse-stealing, received Sentence of Death, and is left for Execution and Wm. Chandler, Thomas Bonnick, Gates, Nathaniel Woodham, and Wm. Breed, convicted for Felonies, were ordered to Parts beyond the Seas. Northampton Mercury, 15 March 1788.
