George Boor was listed as 23 years old on arrival in VDL. He was transported for 'Stealing a shirt and a pair of stockings '. His native place was near Boston. George was 4'11½" tall, dark hair, grey eyes, sallow complexion, single. 6//1/1842: TOL 1843: Free Certificate. 7/10/1891: George Boor died at the New Town Charitable Institution, aged 74, of Senile Debility.

"Return of Prisoners at Lincoln Castle 31st March 1836" lists George Boor as an inmate. He was committed to the prison on 8th January 1836 having been convicted of 'Stealing 1 shirt and 1 pair of stockings' and sentenced to 7 years transportation.
