Nottingham Assizes, which terminated Tuesday, … guilty of burglary in the dwelling-house ... and Matthew Boot, for a similar offence in the dwellinghouse of Samuel Jackson, of Sutton Ashfield,—had severally sentence of death recorded against them.— Edward Sills, charged as an accessary with with the last named prisoner, was acquitted ; Stamford Mercury, 29 July 1825.
