2/9/1817 Manchester Mercury, England: Prisoners that have taken their trials - Joseph Booth, John Hankin, and William Grifith, burglary at Liverpool - Guilty. Joseph Booth was about 19 years old on arrival in NSW. Colonial Secretary Papers: BOOTH, Joseph. Per "Isabella", 1818 1818 Sep 22: On list of convicts disembarked from the "Glory" and "Isabella" and forwarded to Parramatta for distribution (Reel 6006; 4/3499 p.57) 1821 May: Re permission to marry at Parramatta (Reel 6008; 4/3504 p.24) 5/6/1821: Married Hannah Cooper at St Johns, Parramatta - Hannah arrived free per 'Ann 1810' - her father Robert Cooper was a soldier in the 11/73 regiment. Hannah was born 1803-1874. They had 15 children. 1828 Census: Joseph, 29, free by servitude, Isabella, 1818, 7 years, Protestant, tailor, Parramatta Booth, Hannah, 24, came free, Ann, 1809, Protestant Booth, Jos. Jr. 7, born in the colony Booth, Eliza, 6 born in the colony Booth, Robert 3, born in the colony Booth, James 1 born in the colony C1885: Joseph died at Parramatta.
