Sarah Ann came from Stockport. She had two previous conviction - for stealing clothes. Listed as: Thevish and troublesome, bad temper. Sarah Ann was 5'1" tall, illiterate, single, Brown hair and eyes. 7/10/1845: TOL 27/2/1847: COF 27/8/1847: Married Charles Sartin (Lord William Bentinck 1832) he was listed as 21 and she 23. They married at St George's Church of England. 7/2/1879 Sydney Morning Herald: Mrs. Esther Pyott would like to hear from her sister Sarah Ann Boulton wo left Stockport about 40 years ago for Sydney. Supposed to have married Charles 'Suncen'. Apply Elder May 254 Kent Street.
