WHEREAS THOMAS FLYNN, free by servitude, stands charged with Horse-stealing, a reward of Five Pounds will be paid by the undersigned for his apprehension, and lodging him in any of Her Majesty's gaols throughout the Colony, so that he may be dealt with accordingly. DESCRIPTION. Name — Thomas Flynn Hair — Carrotty Height — About five feet five inches Remarks — Blind of left eye; wants a front tooth in upper jaw, and marked in the face with gunpowder; a halt in one of his legs as he walks. Martin Bowe, age 66 years, Died Penrith. NSW Death Reg No: 5049/1858. -------------------------------------------------- To the next of kin of MARTIN BOWE late of Regentville Penrith in the colony of New South Wales, farmer, deceased. GREETING. WHEREAS it hath been represented to our Supreme Court of New South Wales by the proctor of William Russell a creditor of tha deceased that the said Martin Bowe late of Regentville Penrith aforesaid lately departed this life intestate (having at the time of his death goods chattels and credits in the colony aforesaid) We do therefore hereby peremptorily cite you and each of you to appear personally or by your proctor duly constituted before our said Court at the Court House King street Sydney on the eighth day of May next ensuing at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon of the same day and then and there to abide as occasion shall require during the sitting of the said Court and then and there accept or refuse letters of administration of all and singular the goods Chattels and credits of the said deceased or otherwise to show sufficient cause (if you or either of you have or know any) why the same should not be committed to the said William Russell a creditor of the deceased on giving sufficient security and further to do and receive as to law and justice shall appertain under pain of such letters of administration being granted to the said William Russell as a creditor of the said deceased.
