In accordance with the Act or Council 6th Victoria, No. 18, I hereby give notice that His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor has been pleased to approve of the solemnization of matrimony between the undermentioned parties: John Edward Parr, per York, holding a ticket-of-leave, and Ellen Boyd, in the factory, Launceston. -------------------------------------------------- Marriage Permission: https://stors.tas.gov.au/CON52-1-2p079 860 Parr Jno. They were married according to the United Church of England, both signed their names. Witnesses were John Dixon and Anthony Brain.
