Francis Boyer was 22 years old when transported, along with Job Noon (also on board) for stealing 3 ewes, the property of William Harvey of Grantham, Grazier, at Ropsley. Francis came from Horbling/Castle Bytham, he was literate, single, no previous convictions, was of bad character and good health. 1837: Assigned to F A Hely, Brisbane Water. 22/5/1839: Absconded from the estate of the late F A Hely from 7th March, Brisbane Water. Francis was described as: A Stockman, 26, from Lincolnshire, 5'6 3/4" tall, dark sallow complexion, dark brown hair, grey eyes. On NSW Gov. Records, Francis was recommended for a CP, but no date given. Found no date of death, marriage or children.
