Charles Brennan was from Westmeath transported for 10yrs. for stealing two heifers. His older brother Patrick was onboard for the same offence. Charles married Mary Doherty 30 JUL 1855 ST Stephens Hobart a third brother Bernard was also tried for this offence and was sent to Mullingar Gaol in 1851 he was only 14
