Maitland, 12 Apr 1832, for an Incorrigible bad character, absconding and robbery. Sentence: Two years. Returned to Sydney, 18 May 1835. Run 10 January 1833. Ret 11 Feb 1833. Run 21 Feb Rd 22nd 1834. Description: Denis Bresnahane, native place, County Kerry, age 24, 5 ft 5. Sallow comp, brown hair, hazle eyes. Catholic.

Both the prisoners pleaded Guilty.
