Patrick Brian was 28 years old on arrival - he was single, is native place was Perthshire, Scotland. 28/12/1836: Patrick Brian alias Duncan Campbell absconded from James Cox 16th December, East Maitland. Apprehended 11/1/1837. 9/1/1839: Patrick Brian alias Duncan Campbell, Groom and soldier, aged 32 from Perthshire, 5' 6 3/4"; fair ruddy complexoin, brown hair, grey eyes, scars etc. Absconded from James Cox since 28th December. Apprehended 14/8/1839, Maitland. Colonial Sentence - stated on http://members.pcug.org.au/~ppmay/cgi-bin/irish/irish.cgi - but could not locate.
