Wm. Bentley and Stephen Briant, for stealing a horse from the stable of C. Lambert, esq. at Seven- oaks—Guilty, Death. Kentish Weekly Post, 8 Aug 1817. Thursday morning last were removed, under a strong guard, from his Majesty’s gaol at Maidstone, and put on board the Bellerophon Hulk at Sheerness, for transportation, the following male convicts, viz. William Bentley, Stephen Briant, Henry Martin, T Luscomb, John Lacey, Samuel Cramp, Woodcock, William Swift, George Gunnell, Willis, William Mannering, John Williams, and John Folkstone, Kentish Weekly Post, 16 Sept 1817.
