TRIED: 7 April 1834 for larceny - stealing horse hair. He had a previous conviction for stealing a skin for which he received he spent 3 months in jail. He said his real name was WILLIAM BRIDGER LUCAS. In VDL: His Conduct Record shows he was frequently reprimanded for absenting himself from service (see http://search.archives.tas.gov.au/ImageViewer/image_viewer.htm?CON31-1-28,206).
