The Convict Indentures states that Bridget Fitzpatrick was 35 years old. She could not read or write; religion Protestant; status married with 4 sons and 1 daughter and a native of County Tipperary. She was a house maid. Bridget was convicted of stealing a forged note at Tipperary on 25 July 1837 and sentenced to 7 years transportation. She had no prior convictions. Physical attributes: height 5 feet 4 inches; complexion fair ruddy and freckled; hair brown and eyes hazel. Transport number 78. Prisoner number 77-38. Comment on Indenture entry states that 'father Michael Ingles, a prisoner, 12 years ago.
