Trial 23 Apr 1842 at Limerick City IRE for stealing 2 cows. Desc: aged 22 from Co Galway IRE, 5'0" tall, can read but not write, RC, married, fresh complexion, dark blue eyes, dark brown hair, tattoos 2 blue dots back of right hand, scar right hand, pockmarked Trades: nurse girl (skills: can sew) Permission to marry 3 Sep 1846 approved - Josiah Bosworth (Layton / Abercrombie). They married 28 Sep 1847 at Hampden Mansion House, Evandale. Josiah died 20 Feb 1871 aged 54. Bridget lived for a number of years longer, dying 20 Jan 1907 (aged 88) at the residence of her grandson in Avoca. Death notice listed her family a 2 sons, 4 daughters (2 of which are still living), 34 grandchildren & 28 great grandchildren
