The Convict Indentures state that Anne Brien was 23 years old. She could read; religion Protestant; status single and a native of County Cork. She was a laundry maid. Anne was convicted of robbing her master of money and plate on 20 October 1837 at Cork City and sentenced to 7 years transportation. She had no prior convictions.
