Per "Hadlow", 1820. 1824 Mar 17 On lists of prisoners transported to Port Macquarie per "Lady Nelson" (Reel 6019; 4/3864 pp.117, 470-1) 1824 Apr 10 On list of prisoners on establishment at Bathurst with sentences not transmitted (Reel 6028; 2/8283 p.103) -------------------------------------------------- CONDITIONAL PARDONS. IT is hereby notified, that in conformity with the provisions of the Act of Parliament, 6 Victoria, cap. 7, Her Majesty has been pleased to authorize the issue of pardons to the undermentioned individuals, on condition that during the remainder of the terms of their respective sentences they do not return to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, viz.:— Jeremiah Brien, or Hinchen, per "Hadlow" (2).
