Mary Brien, for stealing money at Youghal, the property of Edward Shee, who, on the 19th September last, lost fourteen pounds, four  shillings and six-pence ; she put her hand in his pocket, and took it out, the money. He pursued her, but never got his money since. …. —Guilty— Transportation. Southern Reporter, 30 March 1830.
