He was convicted at Cork on 31 March 1828 for sheep stealing and sentenced to 7 years. He had no prior convictions. Physical attributes - height 5 feet 9 3/4 inches; complexion dark ruddy, freckled and pock pitted; hair brown and eyes hazel. Transport number 110. Assigned to Rev's H..., Castlereagh. Received Ticket of Leave in 1833. Government Gazette Wednesday 12 June 1833.
