Thomas and his 14 year old brother were both convicted of sheep-stealing and transported to NSW, despite a letter of appeal from their mother. Thomas m. Mary Feeny 2/7/1849 at St Mary's Church (Now St. Mary's Cathedral)Sydney. They had 1 daughter Catharine and 3 sons, 1 deceased at time of Thomas's death aged 49 years on 5/9/1868




He was convicted with his 14 year old brother James, they were both transported for 10 years. Thomas m. Mary Feeny at St. Mary's church ( now St. Mary's Cathedral)2/7/1849.They had 4 children. Catharine and 3 sons, one deceased at time of Thomas's death They lived in Waterloo, a inner Sydney suburb. Thomas died of bronchitis 5/9/1868.




Born - Mullingar Westmeath Co. Ireland. Single - brother James Brophy arrived per same ship. CF 51/39
