Thomas Brown, Tried Worcester Assizes, 10 April 1809, Life. ---------------------------------------------------------------- At Birmingham “Thomas Brown alias Kaines, alias Willis, removed by habeas corpus to Worcester gaol.” Aris’s Birmingham Gazette, 10 Apr 1809 --------------------------------------------------------------- Thomas Brown, alias Staines alias Williams, for stealing a gelding, received sentence of death. Worcester Journal, 13 April 1809. ... Thomas Brown, for horse-stealing; and ... were were all found guilty, and received sentence of death.
