William was transported on the 'Dromedary'. Life Sentence. Charged at Middlesex Gaol, London April 1819, stealing a watch etc. Arrived van Diemen's Land 1820. 18 Dec 1821: Out after hours. April 23 1822: Absent from his lodgings at night. May 25 1822: Neglect of duty - 25 lashes. Nov 25 1823: Repeated neglect of duty and absent from his master's premises without permission.
