Hannah Browning was sick during the voyage to Tasmania. The Surgeon recorded: "Folio 19: Hannah Browning, aged 22, Convict; disease or hurt, menorrhagia. Put on sick list, 12 May 1852, at sea. Discharged, 19 May 1852. A 'young woman of a full habit of body of healthy appearance', she complained of profuse catamenial flow which had lasted 24 hours'."
