Committed to Bury Gaol.— Richard Browning, (by Thos. Robinson and H. Le Grice, Esqrs.) charged with stealing a silver spoon, the property of Mr. Seth Rolfe, of Bury. Bury and Norwich Post, 13 Oct 1841. BOROUGH SESSIONS. These Sessions were held Monday, before J. B. Byles, Esq., Deputy Recorder., Rickard Browning, servant to Mr. Seth Rolfe, pleaded guilty of stealing a silver spoon, the property of his master. A previous conviction being proved, he was sentenced he was sentenced to 7 years transportation. Suffolk Chronicle, 30 Oct 1841. Convicts.— Wednesday, the following eight male convicts were removed from our Gaol to be put board the York Hulk, lying at Gosport, namely, William Kimmtss, for 15 years; Charles Foulger, for 7 years and 7 years. —Charles Brown, Edward Chinery, Samuel Barker. Robert Crouch, Edward Paine. Richard Browning for 7 years—William Sparks, to the Euryalus lying at Chatham, for 7 years. Bury and Suffolk Herald, 24 Nov 1841.
