Edmond Brien, was next placed at the bar, charged with stealing three sheep, the property of Walter Halloran—the fact was clearly proved, and verdict guilty returned. Waterford Chronicle, 27 October 1832. Timothy Lahy and Edmond Brien, convicted of sheep stealing—to transported for 7 years. Waterford Mail, 27 Oct 1832.
