Richard Lewis; Surgeon Superintendent arrived 2 Dec 1829. All convicts survived the voyage.

Bryce Reid and James Frail, for stealing £l2, the property of John Kane, Belfast, on 4th November. Robert Dickey: ls in the employment of Mr. Kane; keeps the ... the office, on the night of 3d Nov. left £l2 in cash drawer,next morning he found the office broke into and the drawer forced open, and the cash taken away ; a forged note, three bills, and some permits, were also taken from the drawer ; saw a permit and the bills in the Police-office on 4th j also the bad note; the prisoners had been taken at this time; identified the bills, the permit, and the bad note, having been in the drawer. John M'Cluskv, night watchman—On the morning of 4th Nov. saw the prisoners coming to Crown-entrv, which is the nearest from Mr. Kane’s office High-street—they went into a lodging house in Caddel’s-entry, witness got assistance and took them prisoners to the watch office ; was present when they were searched ; some money was got on them and some papers; had known them before. Alex. M'Coy watchman—On the morning of 4th Nov, went with M’Clusky and took prisoners into custody to the Police-office ; on Frail he found £4 in silver and coins, a bank-note, and some papers ; being shown the bills note, identifies them as those found on Frail. Fullerton Thomson, Police Constable—On morning of 4lh Nov the two prisoners were brought into the Police-office; searched Reid ; found on him some silver, the permit and a bill (which now identifies); had never seen the prisoners before.—Both Guilty seven years’ transportation.
