Thursday, the instant, the following convicts were removed from Aylesbury: To General Penitentiary, Millbank— Thomas Dennett, convicted at the last Lent Assize of stealing hare skin and a wool-sack ; James Anstead, ditto, being found armed the night for the purpose of destroying game—7 years each. On board the Justitia hulk at Woolwich—Robert Griffin, convicted the last Lent Assize of a mare; James Cox, convicted the last Easter Session of stealing a lamb; Jacob Bucket, ditto, sheep stealing; William Ives, ditto, ditto—transported for life ; Charles Wootton alias Hootton, convicted at the last Lent Assize of stealing fowls—7 years. 1834 Jacob arrived at Port Jackson. 1843 Jacob receives a ticket of leave. 1847 Jacob married Margaret Penny in Illawarra, Wollongong. Margaret Penny had arrived free on Sir John Flagstaff with her parents William and Mary 13/04/1841. Penny came from Killaloe, Ireland. Jacob and Penny had five children. 1/11/1848 Conditional Pardon 1855/6 He appeared on Electoral Roll. He was a leaseholder in Jambaroo, Kiama District.
