SUPREME COURT. MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14. (Before the Chief Justice.) Michael Donohoe, John Buckley, and John Culbert [Cuthbert], were indicted for feloniously entering the dwelling-house of Thomas Evernden, Esq., Coloonah, near Bathurst, in July last, and stealing therefrom a number of blankets, cooking utensils, and provisions, above the value of £5. … The Jury found the prisoners guilty of larceny. There were other indictments against the prisoners in which, however, the Crown Solicitor declined proceeding, and they were ordered to be remanded for sentence. (Sydney Gazette, 15 Nov 1831, p. 3.) Michael Donohoe, John Buckley, and John Culbert [Cuthbert], stealing in a dwelling-house and putting in fear. Death recorded. (Sydney Herald, 21 Nov 1831, p. 4.)
