WILLIAM BUCKLEY, Theft > simple larceny, 4th December 1828. 186. WILLIAM BUCKLEY was indicted for stealing, on the 2d of November , 1 coat, value 8s. , the goods of Henry Parry . ALEXANDER JOHNSON . I am beadle of St. Bride's. On the 2d of November, at about five o'clock in the afternoon, I was on the west side of Fleet-market, and saw the prisoner take a great coat out of a gig: he ran away with it; I stopped him, about ten yards off, with it - I took him to Mr. Saunders's shop, where the gig stood. HENRY PARRY . My chaise stood in Fleet-market for about ten minutes, while I was in Mr. Saunders's shop; a charity-boy was minding it - the coat was in it; I know nothing of the prisoner.(Property produced and sworn to.)
