NOTICE TO CREDITORS. In the Estate of .... William Bunning, late of Geuda; —deceased. PURSUANT to the Act of Council, 11 Vict., No. 24, all persons having any claims in the Estate of any, one of the above named deceased persons, are to come in and prove their debts before me, at my Office, in the Supreme Court House, King-street, Sydney,, on or before the 17th day of November next, or in default, they will be peremptorily, excluded from all benefit accruing from the said Estate, SAMl. Commissioner Halloran for the W.B. & B. district reports on the 2nd October 1854 to the Principal Superintendent of Convicts that this Man died at the house of Mr. Henry Harper at Gayndah.

The undermentioned prisoners of the Crown being absent from their Districts, are illegally at large :- William Bunning, Bangalore, 31, Cawnpore, soldier, 5 feet 6 inches, ruddy comp., brown hair, hazel grey eyes, eyebrows partially meeting, lower fron teeth irregular, ship, and mermaid inside lower right arm, woman, and dot inside lower left arm, breast, arms, and legs hairy ; from Ticket of Leave, Moreton Bay, since June 1851.
