She had stolen something from a person and was sentenced seven years jail. She is 37 years in age. She isn’t a crook because she doesn’t have another name so she doesn’t cheat by changing names all the time.

Hannah Burke was making her living as a prostitute, and stole the watch, value £4.4.6, from William Beard. Her age was listed as 38.

Hannah could read and write, was 5’2 3/4” tall, pale and pockpitted complexion, dark brown/grey hair, grey eyes, no marks, and her left eye was cast outwards.

1830: Arrived at Port Macquarie from the Female Factory at Parramatta - “generally old and past labour”.

29/12/1830: Convict Death Register - Hannah died at Port Macquarie, aged 41.
