Cornelius M'Auliffe, John M'Namara, Daniel Lyons, Patrick Burke, Patrick Keating, and Timothy Driscol. Were indicted for stealing 113 combs, the goods of Leahy.  M'Auliffe, M'Namara, Lyons, and Burke Guilty—Keating and Driscol, Not. Guilty.— The four former - to be transported for seven years.   Kerry Evening Post, 20 March 1833.
