Sydney Monitor, 25 May 1838. ---------------------------------------------- SECOND CLASS CONDITIONAL PARDONS—His Excellency the Governor has directed it to be notified, that Her Majesty has been graciously pleased to authorise the issue, in conformity with the provisions of the Act of Parliament, 6 Victoria, c. 7, of Conditional Pardons of the second class, to the undermentioned individuals, to take effect in the Australian Colonies, including New Zealand, but not elsewhere. As new forms and new registers have become necessary to include conditions of these pardons, some delay must take place before the proper instruments can be issued to the parties. As soon, however, as they have been prepared, and are ready for delivery, a further notice will be issued, apprising the said parties accordingly: Charles Burland, Martha ; Sydney Morning Herald, 25 Dec 1845. --------------------------------------------- SECOND CLASS CONDITIONAL PARDONS With reference to the notice from the Colonial Secretary's Office, dated 23rd December last intimating that Her Majesty had been graciously pleased to authorise the issue of Conditional Pardons, of the second class, to the following individuals, notice is hereby given that pardons have now been issued accordingly, to take effect in the Australian colonies including New Zealand, but not elsewhere Pardons dated 2nd March, 1846 Charles Burland, Martha ; Sydney Morning Herald, 25 March 1846. ------------------------------------------------- Ten Shillings Reward. STOLEN, from the Residence of Messrs. Heugh and Logan, on the 15th instant, a CONDITIONAL PARDON belonging to the undersigned. Any person bringing the same to Messrs. Heugh and Logan, West Maitland, will receive the above reward. Constables and others are also cautioned from molesting the undersigned. CHARLES BURLAND. Maitland Mercury, 30 June 1847.
