Daniel Cole labourer and Joshua Burling labourer (v) William Barrett Arson Waltham Abbey Essex Assizes Ipswich Journal 13 July 1833. Daniel Cole arrived per 'Fairlie 1834'. Joshua Burling was listed as 23 years old on arrival. Native Place: Essex. Joshua could read, was protestant, single, 5'4½" tall, ruddy and pock pitted complexion, brown hair hazel eyes, scar back of left wrist, scar left side of fore part of head. 1843: TOl Bathurst. 31/12/1847: CP 1873: Joshua died at Parramatta, NSW.
