Patrick Burnett, life, charged with stealing a blanket, the property of Government, and with which he was passing through the gate of the Prisoners' Barracks, when one of the constables observing something bulky about his waist, stopt and searched him, and found the blanket wrapt round his body; to a penal settlement for 2 years.
