Isaac Burton, of Hampstead Marshall was described as a sober, steady, civil, peaceable and industrious young man. He was about 23 years old at the time of his crime. On arrival Isaac was assigned to John McLaren, Bridge Street, Sydney. 1835: TOL, Bungonia. 1839: Married Elizabeth White, spinster, aged 28 – they had 3 children, John, Henry, and Margaret. Elizabeth White was born C1817 Isle of Wight and died 19/4/1884 at Queanbeyan. 1867-1882: Listed as a Tailor, at Queanbeyan. 20/2/1886: Isaac died aged 79 and was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Queanbeyan.
