James Burdett, Michael Bergin, Thomas Butler, and Patrick Malone, indicted for burglary and felony at the home of Mary Rochford, of Cooloacleen, near Castlecomer, on the night of the 7th instant, were, after as ample and perfect a chain of evidence as we ever saw, Guilty- Death.
