"Arson - single - never convicted before - quiet - stated this offence: Burning down a house tried with Ann Reilley on board" Tried in Kildare same days for same crime as Maria Hevey, Ellen Farrell, Jane Hyland, Eliza Jones (stealing a cow as well as arson), and Ann Reilly. Surgeon's report: "very good. 6 months on the town" 2 January 1850 (Chapman) Absent and refusing to cook 10 days cells. 13 Nov 1850 Delivered of a child 23 Dec 1851 ToL 3 May 1852 Married to Charles Setford (sic?) per Lord Auckland. Conditional pardon approved 16 May 1852 26 Oct 1852 Police Office Hobart Town. Cert Freedom 18 June 1853 "Expired" 23 Sept 1853
