Moses Byrne was 26 years old when transported, he was single and his native place was Wicklow County. 1837: Assigned to Thomas Potter Macqueen. 21/2/1838: Absconded from Thomas Potter Macqueen, Segenhoe. 20/1/1847: TOL Maitland. 22/9/1851: CP 1859: Married Mary Nevin, Bathurst. 28/8/1860: The Empire- Attempted Poisoning. Mrs Byrne, better knows as Mrs Nevin, the name of her former husband, was apprehended for attempting to poison her husband Moses Byrne. The case was remanded, no outcome found. 1864: Died aged 55 at Carcoar.
