On Tuesday the assizes for this county ended here, at which eight prisoners received sentence of death, viz. ... Thomas Moss, for stealing a tobacco box, containing one guinea and a half, four half crown pieces, and three shillings and sixpence in gold and silver; John Cable, for breaking and entering the dwelling-house of Silas Parsons, of Farley, and stealing divers articles; ...
