Family connections for Elizabeth (Caffrey) are: CAFFREY Elizabeth (Caffrey) arrived in Australia as a convict on (5 10) 1816 on ELIZABETH. She was Free by Servitude by 1823. She had a relationship with Patrick (Byrne his third relationship) & produced 3children. Elizabeth (Caffrey) does not have an entry on this Website as yet-added by me Patrick (Byrne) was born about 1771. He was tried at Dublin Ireland, sentenced to 7years & arrived in NSW as a convict on 12 5 1803 after a voyage of 6months on ROLLA. He had married firstly (1of3) Catherine (Poor/Power) in July 1803 at Hawkesbury-marriage not shown in Smees records. In 1806 he is recorded as assigned to Mr (Cox) at Hawkesbury. He was Free by Servitude by 1815. He married secondly (2of3) Eleanor (Dunn age15 her first marriage) on 5 8 1816 at St Matthews CofE Windsor. He died in 1848 age77 father of 6children.
