See record for full details. Conditional Pardon No 288, 26 Sept 1831. Free Pardon No 307. 6 Sep 1837. Afterwards tried at Hobart Town Q.S. 25 May 1839, 7 years. Transported for stealing 9 bushels of wheat , value £5 and 2 bags value 4/-. Port Arthur for 3 years, conduct to be reported. Vide Lt. Govn.’s Decision, 31 May 1839 T.of L. 23.6.43.
