Owen Callan was convicted at Louth on 27/02/1850 for robbery (money) from a person at Louth. 10yr sentence. Transported to Van Diemen’s Land (Tasmania) on the ‘Hyderabad’, arriving 13/12/1850.
Gaol Report: 1st conviction.
Ship Surgeon’s Report: Good
