Convict Notes
Benjamin Bunn, for breaking into the house of the Rev. C. Collier, of Wenhaston, and stealing money, &c.; Wm. Foreman and Wm. Calver, accomplices in the same offence. — All the above convicts were reprieved, except Wales and Bunn, who are left for execution. Bury and Norwich Post, 5 April 1820. Wednesday last, the following convicts were removed from Ipswich County Gaol, to be put on board the hulks at Portsmouth : — Benj. Bunn, John Wales, Thos. Hurn, James Plumb, Matthew Newell, Wm. Calver, to be transported for life; Samuel Lester, Wm. Jackson, and Wm. Summons, for 14 years ; and John Norton, Wm. Manby, Adam Palmer, and R. Day. for 7 years. Bury and Norwich Post, 3 May 1820.
