2nd CONVICTION - in Colony: 10/01/1848 Launceston Supreme Court - steal wheat. 7yr sentence. 1848: single; Protestant; reads; dk grey eyes; brown hair; fair complexion; 5'5 3/4"; labourer. Native Place: Ledbury Original transportation sentence noted at this hearing. His 1st Conditional Pardon was granted 1845. 15mths Probation.
