She is talking of the 1806 muster: “The muster shows ten of the convicts who had arrived on the Anne, five years earlier, as emancipated or free by service. ... Another United Irishman, John Campbell, from Armagh, had received a conditional pardon in June 1803 and was working as a labourer.
