Colonial Conviction, Sydney Qr Sessions, 23 Oct 1835, Street Robbery, 4 year sentence, Sydney. Sydney Quarter Sessions. Friday. William Cary stood charged with stealing from George-street Market, on the 5th September, one bag of potatoes, value 9s. Guilty— four years transportation to a penal settlement. The Australian, 27 Oct 1835.
