Mary Carragann, alias Mary Wilson, 36, who can read and write, having before been convicted of a similar offence, last punished by 6 months' imprisonment, one half solitary, and the other at hard labour, at Bideford, was convicted of uttering counterfeit coin, in July and August last, at Great Torrington, and also having in her custody 35 other pieces of money, of the similitude of sixpences, knowing the same to be counterfeit. ...
