Irish convict Database, by Peter Mayberry. Peter Cash, age on arrival, 22, per Boyne (1826) Tried 1826 at Kings Co, 7 years, for Stealing cows. Former convictions, None. DOB, 1804, Native place, Kings Co. Married, 1 child. Catholic. Linen bleacher farmer.

Peter Cash was 22 years old on arrival. His occupation was a Linen Bleacher/Farmer, he was married with 1 child and his native place was Kings County. Peter was 5'6 3/4" tall, dark hazel eyes, brown hair, sallow Complexion. 8/9/1829: Absconded from Nol 9 Iron Gang, 2nd time of running. 1/10/1829: Apprehended. 15/3/1833: COF 28/9/1838: Charged with milling a Constable and threshing a couple of the 28th Regiment, by way of keeping his hand in, for which midnight recreation he was ordered to pay cash up to 20 shillings, but the cash not being forthcoming, he was consigned to jail for 3 weeks. 22/12/1840: Drunk - fined £4 or jail for 6 months. The prisoner was well known and made his appearance at the Police office almost weekly. 1841: Robbed and bitten by a woman "called and old man" he would have been 38.
